Where Thought and Action Lead to Passion and Purpose

The YWCA Women's Partnership is developing a community home for women of influence who have the desire to invest in women and girls, share experiences that enrich their lives, and mentor our next generation of women. The Partnership's Women's Circle gives members the opportunity to raise funds for YWCA women and girls in need, and to have a say in how funds are allocated. Weekend retreats, workshops and classes centered around the Partnership's four pillars of focus – personal and professional development, volunteerism and philanthropy, civic engagement and advocacy, and health and well being – allow members to step out of their comfort zones, engage with YWCA program participants, and be a part of a dynamic and passionate group of women with shared interests.  The YWCA Mentor Program matches interested members with youth ages 10 to 25 to guide them in developing better self-esteem, creating healthy relationships, and making positive life choices (studies show that children who succeed despite enormous personal, economic or social obstacles often times do so because of the presence of committed and competent role models who believe in them).
