Monday, October 19: FREE Self Defense for Kids ages 5 - 10, "Stranger Beware" with Sensei Dana Thompson, 4:00 - 5:00 pm.
Wednesday, October 21: FREE Kundalini Yoga Class, with Mary Harper, 10:00 am - 11:30 am, Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness, grace and balance to support a healthy and peaceful lifestyle.
Friday, October 23: FREE Gentle, Restorative Yoga with Adelaide McLean, Yoga Therapist, 8:30am - 10 am.
Saturday, October 24: FREE Qi Gong Class with Michael Sieverts, 8:45 am - 10am, "Moving into peace and healing."
Sunday, October 25: FREE Self Defense for Women, ages 16 and up with SHIELD Women's Self Defense System, 2:30 - 4 pm.
