Price: Varies

Strong and Stretched Strong and Stretched Build strength, flexibility, balance and posture with a variety of resistive equipment.  Exercises used will also help you train core muscles, maintain bone density, burn calories and bust stress! Now using the isometric Osteoball, the exclusive state-of-the-art exercise tool from the Sweezy Institute!

Strength training for women in a comfortable atmosphere at the YWCA.  Gain strength and flexibility in this great exercise class for women using the Osteoball along with bands and weights.  Stay strong and lean with this excellent class!



Body Shop classes require a Body Shop or Body Shop/Weight Room combo card.

Class Descriptions

BB = Barre Body: With a focus on balance, strength, alignment, posture and flexibility using dance principles

CB = Core Barre: Blends ballet barre conditioning with yoga, mat work and strength training to create a lean physique

GE = Gentle Exercise: A great overall workout for older adults or those new to exercise

C&M = Core & More: Build strength, flexibility, balance and posture w/a variety of resistive equipment.

QG = Qi Gong:  Ancient Chinese system of healing exercise combining movement, meditation, breathing and massage.

ST/I = Step Interval: Alternating between cardio on the step with weights for a great cardio/strength workout

TLB = Timeless Body: Unique mat class that works the entire body and nervous system

Y = Yoga: Centuries-old mind/body discipline for balance, strength, flexibility and stress reduction

ZG = Zumba Gold: Total body Latin dance workout, great for any age or fitness level
